Payments
Pricing, deposits, fees and balances dependent upon event type.
For all events
A contract must be signed and dated for hire. Contract must be signed before event date or when the deposit is made. Please make payments available when face painter arrives.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit
is required ahead of service date.
Deposit fee dependent on venue.
33% of final total for services.
Deposit fee pricing
dependent upon event type.
Required in advance to hold date.
Paid at least 2 weeks before the date.
This fee covers date freeze and cancellations.
Refunds
The only time someone will receive a full refund of payment including deposit is if I cancel.Especially if I cancel at the last minute and cannot show.
This has never happened but you never know. This will be paid within 30 days after scheduled service date.
Cancellations
No refunds for last-minute cancellations by client.
If you cancel last minute, within 1 hour to or up to 2 weeks before, I keep the deposit and $30 for service date loss. Bookings After a gig is booked, I am entitled to keep the deposit.
Attendance
Once I show up, I am entitled to the full payment, whether I paint a face or not.I have no control over guest participation.
Overtime
$80 per hour
after the initial event hours

Lost, damaged or stolen

Contracts

or I don't set up.
Products, supplies, and equipment
You pay for all, or I provide.
If you pay for all the products, monies should be given in advance with the deposit for me to pick up the supplies.
I will give you all receipts at the event Or when the final balance payment is made.
When I provide the paint,
the fee will be included in the final pricing.
PRODUCT DISCLOSURE
Please do not buy anything for me.
I will not use pre purchased paints, costumes or supplies by hirer.
For liability and insurance reasons.
Tent, Table and Chairs
If I need to bring my own tent,
table and chairs, then please add $30 extra for transportation to be paid in advance with the 33% nonrefundable deposit.

Host/Hostess:
Full name and number of the person who is paying me to provide the service.
Client:
Specify who the event is for give me the Name, gender, and age.
So that I can address the person appropriately.
Attendees and Guests:
Number of guests expected: this includes children and adults.
Time:
Duration of event. What is the start time and end time of the event?
How long do you wish me to work during the event?
Date:
Day and date event will be held.
Intermittent weather dates should also be provided for scheduling conflicts.
Place:
Actual location of event
Whether or not it is Indoor/Outdoor
Outdoor:
Specify the type of floor/ground I will be setting up and working on.
e.g., grass, dirt, asphalt, pavement, cobblestone…
This is important for my work set up, costume/attire, and safety.
Event Type:
It is a Casual/Formal event.
Celebration type, Birthday,
Attire:
Would you like me to wear a costume or a uniform?
Costume: Pirate, Butterfly, Fairy…more…
Uniform: T shirt and pants. T-shirt and Tutu.
Plain Clothing: Business /Casual
Entertainment:
Will I be the only entertainment?
If so, what are your expectations?
If not, what other entertainment have you hired?
Table and Chair:
If I need to bring my own table and chair (fee applies)
or if one will be provided for me
Tent:
I can also bring a 5x5 ft black tent for me to work in.
If you do not have one to protect me from the elements.
